With an entry that plays on the title of an iconic novel by Jacqueline Susann, Avant has been named to the MM+M list of the top healthcare agencies for 2022.
A definitive guide to the world of medical marketing and communications, the MM+M Agency 100 list features North American companies whose revenue and sustained growth puts them among the top earners.
This year’s theme centered on books, so it’s only fitting that Avant Healthcare CEO, Arun Divakaruni, shares the reason for Avant’s place in healthcare marketing is good scientific storytelling defined by three elements:
“No matter how complex the subject, you can get across the basics to anyone who needs to understand it,” he explains.
Placing science in the context of human effects and benefits.
This is about what a drug does and how physicians can integrate it into their practices.
He also notes that “Medicines don’t help people who don’t get them.” Which is why Avant is trying to create an offering geared toward that part of a biopharmaceutical organization where the conversations are more scientific than commercial.
“Our strength in science and clinical expertise allows us to help our clients in a way other agencies can’t,” he explains. “We’re trying to serve as a catalyst to have meaningful, authentic, scientific discussions with the right physicians to help create an atmosphere that helps our clients achieve their business goals.”
On that point, we’re flattered to be in such strong company with other agencies on the list. So, to everyone at Avant Healthcare who made this honor possible—thank you!
