As part of a pre-launch partnership with our client, we developed a KOL identification and engagement strategy around disease state education, then pivoted to a fully integrated launch plan, evolving our KOL on-demand content and speaker bureau development strategy to activate additional target HCPs. We developed a "Shark Tank" themed interactive advisory board to garner key insights as we developed a full suite of HCP educational tools, which increased market awareness of the treatment from third to first. This garnered us the Marketing Excel Award for Launch Excellence from our client.
